Lung 7 is located above the wrist on the inside of the arm. To find this point, interlock your thumb and index finger of one as the point lies on the edge of the index finger, in a depression between the muscle and the bone (you can also place your palm on this point or breathe into it whilst roughly locating it by using this guide. I have also used Moxa (mugwort) and meditate as the Moxa clears this point.
