The first thing to do, according to Wuji theory, is to let go of any "goal" or "outcome."
Instead of focusing on where you want to be (or get), focus on just being.
If you're feeling stuck in a relationship, for example, take a step back from trying so hard to make it work and instead focus on being present in your own experience.
If something isn't working, maybe there's an alternative solution you haven't considered yet—and perhaps that solution is even better than what you were trying for before!
When you let go of your own agenda and let the energy between two people flow more naturally, without as much pressure or discomfort, you might be surprised by what comes up.
The Wuji is very important for healing because it's through this deep stillness that we can connect with our consciousness.
And it's through connecting with our consciousness we can release limiting beliefs and patterns that keep us from healing.
When you sit in the Wuji, you go beyond the mind, beyond the body and into a state of pure awareness.
This allows you to find peace.
You can use this practice to learn how to relax and get into a meditative state at will consciously.
You've tried diets, cleanses, and workout regimens.
But the fact is that none of those things matter unless you tackle the true source of your pain: the eternal horizon of your energy field.
The ancient Chinese Qigong masters were able to dissolve their energy into the infinite space of the Wuji and reconnect with the Dao (Divine Energy), transcending both time (Yang) and space (Yin).
Through the stillness of mind, you can realise the boundless ocean of vibrations connected to everything contained within the Wuji.
From the Dao heart, one can cultivate the three jewels:
Compassion (Caring for and helping others).
Contentment (Being satisfied with what you have and not grasping for something you don't have).
Kindness (Having a gentle nature).
These are all qualities that help us live in harmony with each other and the universe.
We feel at peace when we're whole—no judgment, no comparison, no choosing one side over another.
We're just aware and accepting of what is. #healingarts
