You can try meditating on the concept of forgiveness and letting go of negative emotions, and try to understand the perspective of the person you need to forgive.

You can also try writing down your thoughts and feelings about the situation, and then intentionally letting go of those negative emotions.

It can also be helpful to seek support from friends, family, or a therapist to work through any unresolved feelings and find ways to move forward in a healthy way.

Remember that forgiveness is a process, and it may take time and effort to fully let go, but it can be a powerful step towards healing and inner peace.
