Daoist philosophy teaches us that there are three different kinds of Qi:

The second kind of Qi is our physical breath and body.
And the third kind of Qi is our own spirit and mind.
When we breathe consciously, we connect with all three kinds of Qi.
Our bodies become more grounded in the present moment and our minds become quieter, allowing us to experience emotional balance, tranquility and peace.
