It's been said that it's our experiences as humans that bring us closer to each other. We can relate to the feelings and emotions of others in a way that feels uniquely human.

Yet, this is also the reason why it feels like we're more divided than ever before. We're more connected than ever before, but we have a harder time relating to each other than ever before.

There are many things that divide us. But there's also something much more fundamental that unites us: our health and wellbeing as humans.
