Trauma response shows up as constrictions and limitations in responding in the present moment from the authentic self.

According to Mate, when one feels the duty and responsibility to fix how others feel and the belief I must never disappoint anyone, can cause physiological imbalances in the body.

Here are examples of how we constrict or compensate ourselves from the beliefs we hold on to.

Say YES to this energy clearing on historical trauma.

I know how to recognise the first time I felt stressed and frightened relating to “I am bad”.

I know how to live without taking on my caregivers stress and trauma to fix, save, heal, bear their pain.

I know how to recognise the first time I felt I am unworthy.

I know how to let this go now, knowing I no longer require this belief to survive and stay safe.

I know how to live without the belief and feeling I am undeserving.

I know how to recognise the very first time I believed this to be true.

I know how to live without the group, historical, social, psycho-spiritual and ancestral consciousness belief I am undeserving.

I know how to live without the pattern and belief I am unavailable and nothing is available for me.

I know how to re-write all compensations and adaptations “I have to prove I am good”, I have to “prove my worth”, I have to sacrifice my needs, I have to hide to avoid being available”.

I know how to forgive the social environment at the time of stress, lack of control and chaos.

I know how to live without the need/obligation to compensate now, knowing the truth of my authentic self.

I know how to heal the beliefs I am bad, I am unworthy, I am undeserving, I am unavailable.

I know how to connect with my inner god, hero, co-creator consciousness.

I know how to live a individuated existence and know that I belong to my tribe. I know how to accept the support to heal. I know how to feel safe in healing every moment. I know how accept the emotions I feel. I know how to connect with my soul when healing attitudes to pain that do not serve me such as guilt, fault, blame, martyrdom & loneliness.
