A frequency that is particular to you, and yours alone. It is the fundamental information that makes you who you are, and gives rise to your unique set of attributes, characteristics, and skills.
With every breath you take, you send out a message to the universe that says "I am here! I exist!" This message comes in a particular frequency: yours alone.
When we slow down and focus on our breathing, we can access our own frequency and use it as a tool for self-discovery and better understanding of who we are and how we interact with the world around us.
By breathing consciously, we can tap into this power—the power to create in ways that feed us, nurture us, and make us happy. We can create situations, events, opportunities—whatever we want!—by sending out our frequency into the world around us. No one else has it but you!
