Join me in a self-care practice that can help us to dissolve anxiety and rebalance our immune system.
The Large Intestine 4 (LI4) acupoint is an incredibly powerful point to relieve pain, release anger and depression, relax the colon, and ease headaches, toothaches and more.
In kinesiology and acupuncture,
LI4 acupoint is called Joining Valley is a very widely used point.
Considered the Yuan source point, a command point and heavenly star point that clears toxins, rebalance the immune system, dissolves anxiety and is regarded as a spirit point.
It is not to be used during pregnancy. It can rebalance the physical symptoms of childhood nutritional impairment, childhood fright, mania, the lumbar spine, pain of tooth decay in the lower jaw, headaches, hypertension, tinnitus, and restore the overall function of the immune system.
By holding LI4 point, you can restore hope to the spirit, release anger, depression, numbness, and emotional repression. This point is a pain reliever, including balancing inflammation, headaches, toothaches, nasal congestion, constipation, neck and neck-shoulder pain, arthritis and sinus pain.
Joining Valley can be found between the thumb and index finger on each hand.
Make an L shape with your left thumb and index finger to find it.
The point where your finger meets the muscle of your thumb is where you will hold LI4. You can use either hand to hold this point, as long as you do both sides.
Holding this point for 2-3 minutes, twice a day will help reduce stress, alleviate headaches and digestive issues, and improve circulation to the face and head.
It's also a great way to boost your immunity.
As you hold this point, allow yourself to activate the healing energies inherent within you by breathing deeply, connecting to your heart, your humanity and your truth as a creative being connected to your source energy and one with Source energy.
Allow yourself to receive the healing downloads relating to this point by reading and saying yes!

-I let go of hooks that keep me attached to the past.
